The Pinkfong Company (formerly known as SmartStudy, and Smart Books Media) is a Korean production company that produces, distributes and services online and offline content such as Pinkfong educational songs and stories for kids[1]. It is Pinkfong's parent company.
The company was formed in June 2010 by three former game developers from Samsung Publishing Co, which is unrelated to the Samsung Group. The Pinkfong Company owns the trademark to Baby Shark's Big Show! and partnered with EBS to air the show in South Korea. They also partly produce Pinkfong Wonderstar, alongside Wonderstar Studios.
