Poki-Fong is the 43rd episode of Pinkfong Wonderstar. It originally aired on January 28, 2021 at 14:30 or 2:30 PM (GMT+9) on KBS.

Synopsis[]

Hogi gets mad knowing that his encyclopedia is gone, and he narrows down with a sharp reasoning to find the culprit. Meanwhile, Pinkfong, who belatedly realizes that he was the one who lent the book to Poki, becomes affirmed.^[2]

4th wall break: after Pinkfong and Hogi are in their detective clothes, Pinkfong says "Ta-da!" to the audience.
This is the second episode in a row where Pinkfong tried to lie, the first is The Last Petal.
The episode reveals Pinkfong can shapeshift himself with his magic.
When Pinkfong and Hogi are walking to Poki's house, he says to himself about whether or not he'll tell the truth. But for whatever reason, Hogi didn't hear him.
Also, when Pinkfong disguised himself as Poki and shows up to Hogi, Pinkfong didn't try to sound like Poki, How Hogi didn't just tell Pinkfong why he sounds exactly like himself is beyond anyone's comprehension.
Hogi calls Pinkfong's fur "hair". Although it is hair, they're normally called "fur".
The moral of the episode borrows heavily from Puzzled Poki and its sequel, Baker Says Sorry. Either the show runners are running out of ideas or just looking for ways to experiment with Pinkfong and Hogi's friendship.
