How Does The Story End? is the 38th episode of Pinkfong Wonderstar. It originally aired on December 24, 2020 at 14:30/ 2:30 PM (GMT+9) Korean Standard Time on KBS.
Synopsis[]
Myan's friends were reading a fairy tale about the Shadow Demon King. However, the ending page is torn, and Myan's own imagination creates a fear of the Shadow Demon King. To get rid of Myan's fear, Pinkfong and Hogi create their own storybook ending. Can this make Myan's fear disappear?

Hogi reads the Red Clark book to his friends. The Shadow Demon King was watching Red Cloak secretly, disguised as Red Cloak's friend to steal his cheese. Suddenly the book is torn so he doesn't know the ending.
Later, Myan's friends perform a Red Cloak play for him, so that they could make an ending up. When Red Cloak couldn't find his friend's house, a Forest Fairy appears and tells him where his friend's house is. Red Cloak's friend is in their house.
As expected, Pinkfong makes a mistake. "Ha-ha-ha! I'm Pink..." he says. Hogi tells Pinkfong that he is not himself, but he is the Shadow Demon King disguised as Red Cloak's Friend. Red Cloak becomes suspicious and takes two tests on them.
The first test was a math question. He asked, "If I have 100 cheeses, how many cheeses will remain if you eat 20 of them?" Red Cloak's friend answered; "Wouldn't your stomach hurt so much?". The next question asked them to spin around swiftly. As Red Cloak's friend spun, their mask is peeled off, revealing that he is the Shadow Demon King.
The Shadow Demon King attacks Red Cloak and steals his cheese. Red Cloak doesn't use his hammer and peacefully gives them his cheese hat. Then the story ends. Myan states, "If you do this, everyone is happy." The episode ends.

This episode tackles unresolved cliffhangers as seen in many story-driven TV shows that got cancelled before the story got resolved in the end.
