Colleen O'Shaughnessey (born September 15th, 1971) is an American voice actress, known for her role as Tails in Sonic the Hedgehog.

Colleen was born on September 15th, 1971, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In 1990, she booked her first small role as Helen, in the popular 90's show: The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. From there, she began to work on countless voice acting roles, and booked big projects such as Sonic the Hedgehog.
On November 11th, 2000, she married her husband, Jason Villard. They have two children.
