Bebefinn has red hair on top of his head, pink eyebrows, blue eyes, and wears blue pajamas.

He is one of the first human characters to be featured since Bomi.
He is similar to Baby JJ from Cocomelon, so it's possible his show is made to chase after Cocomelon's insane popularity at the time.
His name is probably a pun on "Baby Fin" for his love for Baby Shark. It's also probably a reference to one of Pinkfong's earlier names, Bebifong (베비퐁) and they are probably based on Juny and Tony (characters of JunyTony (KizCastle) because he wears a similar hair color and similar suit.
