[The episode opens at the Shark House. In the kitchen, Daddy Shark is making pankelps, Grandma Shark is reading a book, Grandpa Shark is drinking coffee, and Mommy Shark calls out to Baby Shark.]
Mommy Shark: Baby Shark! Oh, Baby Shark!
[Baby Shark swims into the kitchen and sits next to Mommy Shark.]
Mommy Shark: [hugs Baby Shark] Is my little pup ready for breakfast?
Baby Shark: Um, do sharks sing? The answer is... ♫ Yes! ♫
[Mommy Shark happily claps her fins.]
Daddy Shark: [chuckles] Fresh pankelps coming up in just a few short minutes.
[Baby Shark feels his stomach growling.]
Baby Shark: I don't know if I can wait that long.
Grandpa Shark: Take it from your wise, dignified, and dare I say handsome grandpa. [twirls his mustache and lets it go] Patience is a virtue.
[Grandpa Shark sits down, and a loud honk was heard. Then he finds a whoopee cushion as the other Sharks laughed.]
Grandma Shark: Pranking is also a virtue.
[Baby Shark laughs.]
Mommy Shark: Hmm. Not totally sure how that applies, Grandma.
Grandma Shark: Pranks teach you about the total randomness of the universe. Like having to wait for pankelps.
Baby Shark: [as his stomach growls again] But I'm so hungry.
[Baby Shark starts to bite on the table.]
Mommy Shark: Baby Shark Brooklyn, what are you doing?
Baby Shark: What? Wha... I couldn't wait!
[Baby Shark bites on the table again, and a creak sound was heard. Then the camera zooms up to Baby Shark's mouth, and a tooth started to wiggle.]
Baby Shark: [as he wiggles the tooth with his tongue] I think my tooth is loose.
Daddy Shark: [gasps] Your tooth is loose! Don't worry! Because your Daddy also happens to be the best dentist in Carnivore Cove!
[Daddy Shark takes off his apron, and was now wearing rubber gloves and holds up a dental tool.]
Daddy Shark: To my dental office!
[Adventurous music plays as Daddy Shark, Mommy Shark, and Baby Shark swim to the dental office in the backyard. Then the music stops as they casually swim in. In Daddy Shark's dental office, Baby Shark was sitting in the dental chair.]
Daddy Shark: Hmm. Alright, now say "Ahh".
Baby Shark: [opens his mouth wide] ♫ Ahhhh... ♫
[Daddy Shark takes a look at Baby Shark's loose tooth, and wiggles it with his dental tool.]
Mommy Shark: So, what's the Daddy diagnosis?
Daddy Shark: Ah, you do have a loose tooth! It's every shark's rite of passage.
Mommy Shark: And once it falls out, you'll get a visit from the Tooth Fish-Fairy!
Baby Shark: [gasps] The Tooth Fish-Fairy?
Mommy Shark: Mm-hmm. She's a magical, mysterious fish.
Daddy Shark: Put a tooth under your pillow, and poof! [pulls out a sand dollar from behind Baby Shark's head] She'll switch it out for a shiny sand dollar while you sleep.
Baby Shark: A whole sand dollar? But how will she know my tooth is there?
Mommy Shark: Legends has it, she has a tooth-tracking wand. Its radar reaches far and wide, keeping track of even the teeniest tooth, to a T.
Baby Shark: That's jawsome! Daddy, quick! Take it out with your dentist powers!
Daddy Shark: [chuckles] Hold your seahorses. That wiggly, little guy will come out when he's good and ready. You can't rush these things.
[Baby Shark pouts.]
[Cut to The Wreck. Baby Shark's mouth is open wide with William checking.]
[William moves Baby's loose tooth.]
William: Yep. That's a loose tooth alright.
[William gets out of the way, then Baby Shark closes his mouth.]
William: Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Baby Shark: Gee, William, I'm just thinking...
[Baby Shark and WIlliam's faces closeup to each other.]
Baby Shark, William: [faces turn red slowly when talking] We've got to do whatever it takes to get this tooth out so we can get our fins on that sweet, sweet sand dollar.
[They stop the closeup, and start panting out of breath.]
Baby Shark: That right there... That's best friend brain. Now, let's say ta-ta to this tooth!
[Song starts.]
Baby Shark, William: ♫ Gonna get this tooth out ♫
♫ Gonna get this tooth out ♫
[William punches the tooth. However, he spins as he does that and Baby Shark chases him trying to catch him.]
Baby Shark: ♫ To get it out of my mouth! ♫
Baby Shark, William: ♫ Gonna get this tooth out ♫
[William sticks a plunger to Baby's tooth, but it doesn't work.]
William: But Baby, how we gonna do it?
[William pulls out a hammer. Baby Shark looks scared, William throws the hammer away. They both laugh.]
Baby Shark, William: ♫ We gotta figure it out! ♫
[William puts a helmet, and charges towards the tooth. He then falls into some seaweed. He pulls out one.]
William: That's it! [wraps Baby Shark's tooth to the seaweed] ♫ We're gonna get this tooth out, whatever it takes, just to get this silly tooth out!- ♫
Baby Shark: [realizes his tooth is tied to an anchor] Woah, woah! What are we doing at the water warps? And... Why is my tooth tied to that anchor?
William: Think about it! Water warps help us swim super duper fast...
Baby Shark: Mm-hm. Mm-hm. I don't get it.
William: They're powerful enough to get your tooth out. Look! [opens Baby Shark's mouth] Now that we've tied your tooth to this anchor... we'll simply throw it into that water warp.
Baby Shark: If this is what I gotta do to get that sand dollar... then this is what I gotta do.
[William tries lifting the anchor.]
William: [struggling] You do! Here you go, big guy!-
[Baby Shark is now holding the anchor.]
Baby Shark: Alright, Toothie! Time to get lost!
[Baby Shark throws the anchor into the water warp. His tooth is tugged out. Closeup on his teeth, it's gone.]
Baby Shark, William: Whoo-hoo!
William: [as he and Baby are dancing] We did it! We got that tooth out!
[Baby stops dancing and sees that his tooth is still going down the water warp with the anchor.]
Baby Shark: Wait a minute. Where's it go? William, I'm loosing my tooth!
William: [still dancing] Whoo! Uh-huh! Mm-hmm! Yeah, you did!
Baby Shark: No, I mean it's really lost!
[William stops dancing, and they see the tooth and anchor vanish into the water warp.]
Baby Shark: I'm going in!
[Baby jumps into the water warp.]
William: Ohh... I don't like this.
[William jumps into the water warp. Baby swims fast through the water warp.]
Baby Shark: Toothie! Come back!
William: Baby, wait up! [catches up to Baby] Baby Shark, as your pilot fish, I gotta say, maybe we should stop, and take a minute to make a plan.
Baby Shark: No, William! We're close! I can feel it in my fins! We gotcha hurry!
[They looked on one side of the water warp.]
Baby Shark: Not over here...
[Then they checked the other side.]
Baby Shark: Or over here...
William: Slow down!
Baby Shark: This way! It's definitely this way!
[Baby and William make a right turn, then they fall out of the water warp and tumbled onto the ground.]
Baby Shark, William: Whoa...
[They find themselves in the middle of nowhere.]
William: That's... a lot of water.
Baby Shark: No problem. We can do-do-do-do-do-do-do anything. Right? So... so we'll just search... [close up of his face] all of it. [camera zooms out] TOOTHIE!!!
[Another song starts as a fantasy of Baby Shark brushing his teeth is shown.]
Baby Shark: ♫ You're my favorite tooth ♫
♫ The one I love to brush ♫
♫ As soon as you were loose ♫
♫ I lost you in a rush ♫
[Baby Shark watches his tooth leave his house with suitcases. Then it shows Baby flossing the plaque off his tooth.]
Baby Shark: ♫ I miss the time we flossed ♫
♫ Removing all that plaque ♫
[Then the tooth vanished, leaving Baby sad.]
Baby Shark: ♫ Now I feel so lost ♫
♫ Toothie, come back ♫
♫ Toothie, come back ♫
♫ Toothie, you're the only tooth I wanted ♫
♫ The only tooth I need ♫
[Baby sees what looks like his tooth and swims towards it.]
Baby Shark: ♫ I'm missing you like crazy ♫
♫ So come back to me ♫
[But it only ended up being a group of fish.]
William: ♫ You're the only tooth he wanted ♫
♫ The only tooth he needs ♫
♫ He misses you like crazy ♫
Baby Shark, William: ♫ So come back to me ♫
Baby Shark: ♫ Oh, Toothie, come back to me, please ♫
[Song ends.]
[Just then, Baby Shark hears a pinging sound. Then he and William were surprised as they see a pink fish wearing a green dress and tiara, and she had a wand that resembled a tracker.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: My tooth-tracking wand doesn't lie! You got a tooth that needs finding?
[Baby and William jaw drop.]
Baby Shark, William: [speechless] The... The... You're the...
Tooth Fish-Fairy: The Tooth Fish-Fairy! That's my name. Don't wear it out. [winks] Or do.
Baby Shark, William: [amazed] Jawsome!
[The Tooth Fish-Fairy takes a look inside Baby Shark's mouth, seeing that he is missing a tooth.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: Tsk, tsk, tsk. Yoinked [1] it too early, huh?
Baby Shark: Uh-huh.
Tooth Fish-Fairy: Should've waited till it was ready.
Baby Shark: Uh-huh.
[The Tooth Fish-Fairy scans Baby's teeth with her tooth-tracking wand.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: And now my tooth tracker has all the information it needs. So let's track that tooth!
Baby Shark, William: Yeah!
[Baby Shark and William follow the Tooth Fish-Fairy.]
Baby Shark: Wow, that tooth-tracking wand is so hi-tech.
William: Yeah, can you play games on that thing?
Tooth Fish-Fairy: Tooth tracking isn't child's play, but I'll show you the ropes. Or as I like to call it, "the floss". [laughs] Little tooth biz joke right there.
Baby Shark: Come on, Tooth Fish-Fairy! We gotta hurry! [was about to rush]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: [stops him] Slow down, little fishy. You can't rush the wand.
[The tooth-tracking wand detects the tooth nearby.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: Hm, this way!
[They spotted the anchor.]
Baby Shark: We found the anchor. [looks at the seaweed] But where's Toothie?
[The tooth-tracking wand shows the tooth moving quickly.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: Not here. It's moving away. Fast!
Baby Shark: TOOTHIE!
[Baby, William, and the Tooth Fish-Fairy swim off, and they see two sea snakes with a piece of seaweed, which Baby's tooth was tied to.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: Ugh, the sea snakes have it. Why did it have to be sea snakes?
[One of the sea snakes hissed before both of them swim off. The three followed the snakes as they swim up a rocky path.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: They're headed into... It can't be!
[They see a cavern with coral and moss.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: The Coral Cavern.
[Baby Shark, William, and the Tooth Fish-Fairy enter the Coral Cavern.]
[Inside the cavern, they are swimming in slowly.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: Sea snakes love to hide valuables deep within the Coral Cavern's corally corridors.
Baby Shark and William: [in unison] Cool.
[Right before they're about to fall, they stop. The Tooth Fish-Fairy looks up.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: And that's because no fishy has ever trusted it's traps.
Baby Shark: Look, there it is! [pointing at the end of the traps]
[The green sea snake hisses, then the purple sea snake grabs the seaweed that the tooth is hanging onto, which lets it go to him.]
Baby Shark: No fishy takes Baby Shark's baby tooth and gets away with it! TOOTHIE! I'M COMING!
[Baby Shark swims fast-paced to get his tooth, but instead hits a trap and falls back to where the Tooth Fish-Fairy and William are. Spinning stars are above his head because he's dizzy. The sea snakes snicker.]
William: Come on, we have to hurry!
[Baby realizes something, then goes up.]
Baby Shark: No. The whole reason I got into this mess is because I was trying to rush. Now, I need to take my time.
Tooth Fish-Fairy: [winks at Baby Shark] Atta-shark.
Baby Shark: [turns to William] You ready to turn this best friend brain into a best friend boogie?
[William nods. The three stare at the traps.]
Baby Shark: Wait for it...
[The traps are all out of the way.]
Baby Shark: NOW!
[They jump in slow-mo. Then the reprise of Toothy Come Back plays as they dodge the traps.]
Baby Shark: ♫ The only tooth I wanted ♫
William: ♫ The only tooth he needs ♫
[They dance over the log trap as it opens.]
Baby Shark: ♫ I'm missing you like crazy... ♫ [Volcanoes erupt water after word "crazy"]
Baby Shark and William: ♫ So come back to me ♫
[William is at the sea snakes. He gestures to give up Baby's tooth. The green snake heads off, while the purple snake guards it by wrapping in a circle around it.]
Baby Shark: ♫ Oh, Toothie... ♫ [waves his hands around making a yellow aura, which makes the purple snake dizzy and lets go of the tooth] ♫ Come back to me, please... ♫
[The tooth heads into Baby's fin, letting a sparkle out.]
[Cut to outside the Coral Cavern.]
[Baby Shark, William, and the Tooth Fish-Fairy cheer as they exit the cavern.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: Impressive stuff. What's your name anyways?
Baby Shark: Baby. [tosses his tooth in the air and catches it] Baby Shark.
[The Tooth Fish-Fairy pulls out a sand dollar from under her tiara.]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: It may not be under a pillow, but a tooth for tooth. So how 'bout it.
[Baby Shark and William look at the sand dollar.]
Baby Shark, William: Whoa...
Baby Shark: Um, thank you, but... there's no rush. I think I'll hang on to Toothie for just a little bit longer. [picks his tooth away]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: Huh. Well... [puts the sand dollar back under her tiara] suit yourself.
Baby Shark: You know, Tooth Fish-Fairy, maybe I lost a tooth, but I'm glad that along the way, I gained a friend. [hugs the Tooth Fish-Fairy]
Tooth Fish-Fairy: [rolls her eyes] Oh, boy...
William: [swims off with Baby Shark] We gotta do this again sometime!
[Cuts to the Shark House, in Baby Shark's bedroom.]
Daddy Shark: [holding Baby's tooth with amazement] It's so beautiful!
[Daddy joyfully laughs, then gives the tooth to Baby and wipes away a tear.]
Mommy Shark: We're so proud of you, Baby.
Grandpa Shark: [chuckles] You're starting to look like me.
[The Shark family laughed together.]
Grandma Shark: Good night, little pup.
[Baby's family start to leave his room.]
Baby Shark: Good night!
[Mommy turns off the lights before swimming off.]
Baby Shark: [thinks of an idea] Hmm...
[Baby puts his tooth under his pillow, then pretends to fall asleep. Then the Tooth Fish-Fairy poofs into his room.]
Baby Shark: [opens his eyes] Good, you made it!
Tooth Fish-Fairy: Baby Shark! Let me guess. You changed your mind, and you're ready to give up that tooth.
Baby Shark: Nope. I just missed my new buddy and thought we could sing a quick song or two... or ten.
Tooth Fish-Fairy: [facepalms] Ugh, I don't know any songs.
Baby Shark: Come on, you know this one!
[The Tooth Fish-Fairy sighs, then she and Baby sing together.]
Baby Shark, Tooth Fish-Fairy: ♫ Baby Shark, do-do-do-do-do-do ♫
♫ Baby Shark, do-do-do-do-do-do ♫
♫ Baby Shark, do-do-do-do-do-do ♫
♫ Baby Shark! ♫
[The End.]
