I have this message I got last month. it wasn’t the high payment rates for the show or the scheduling conflict, it was actually the recording problem.
I’m trying to but, I can't put the picture in her gallery of her page.

I think I know how she got replaced was due to recording problems according to Kate Higgins herself.

I believe that the studio doesn't want two Tails the fox's voice actors playing some of the characters at the same time. Or maybe Katie Higgins has scheduling conflicts to voice the characters so that she can focus on other characters from other shows as well. It may be the possibility of why she left the show.
I don't really know why her voice actor steps down like this but, I believe that it was neither due to scheduling conflicts nor the company is having two Tails actresses playing at the same time.
